Welcome and come as you are! I'm Dr. Lauren Millard, and I'm dedicated to providing a compassionate and inclusive therapeutic environment for women, LGBTQ, and neurodivergent individuals. I value access to care and ensuring that everyone feels empowered and affirmed through their journey. I offer virtual individual therapy, group therapy, and specialized assessments for Autism and ADHD. My mission is to support you in navigating life's challenges with understanding and respect.

We work with a variety of major insurance plans to ensure accessibility for our clients.

At Alpine Therapy, we believe in making mental health services as accessible as possible. We are in-network with most major insurance plans for clients in Colorado seeking therapy services. Many insurance plans can also be used for individual therapy in Psypact states (what's this?). Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance for assessment services.
